Sleep is like a repair shop for your body. For adults (18+), you need 7-9 hours of sleep each night to function properly. It is extremely easy to skip out these extra hours, choosing to scroll on social media or watch a movie instead of getting to bed on time. However, sleep is essential for your health, so it is necessary to prioritize it.
