4 days/week split:
Day 1: Chest & Tricep

Day 2: Back & Bicep
Day 3: Legs

Day 4: Shoulders & Accessories
------------------rest day------------------
This 4 days/week split is the middle ground between frequency and length of workout sessions. You only have to workout 4 days a week, and only hitting two muscle groups per day allows you to get in and out of the gym in a relatively quick fashion.
