5 days/week split:


Day 1: Chest

Day 2: Back

Day 3: Arms (Bicep & Tricep)

Day 4: Legs

Day 5: Shoulders & Accessories ------------------rest day------------------


This workout split is ideal for those that want shorter gym sessions dispersed throughout the week. Days 1 & 2 can be completed in under 45 minutes. Days 3, 4, & 5 require about 60-75 minutes to complete.
